100% Weinbau Vineyard (Wahluke Slope AVA)

While most wine enthusiasts want a rich wine with a significant amount of fruit, Malbec can sometimes be a little to heavy and extreme in the blue fruit category such as blueberry. However, this Malbec is not overfly fruity or heavy in texture, with some red fruit characteristics that give the wine lift and balance. There's a little dusty tannin that leaves a subtle tingle on the nice, long finish. Aged in neutral oak for 20 months. Only 52 cases produced.
