Sip, shop, and stroll around neighborhood shops on Saturday, OCTOBER 19, 2024, from 5 – 8 PM, as they host pop-up tasting rooms featuring Pacific Northwest wineries! Proceeds from the Ballard Wine Walk support the projects and programs administered by the Ballard Alliance, our non-profit neighborhood organization.

EVENT DETAILS:

The Ballard Wine Walk is scheduled for OCTOBER 19, 2024, from 5-8 PM (rain or shine).

Tickets are $40 (includes 10 tasting tickets) without a Visit Ballard branded Govino glass or $50 (includes 10 tasting tickets) with the Visit Ballard branded Govino glass. If you don’t want to buy a branded Govino shatter-proof glass, please bring your own drinking vessel!

Tickets are only available online until October 18, 2024, at 8 PM, or when they are sold out. There will be no refunds given. Please note: No tickets will be sold in person at the event, therefore all tickets need to be purchased beforehand.

Wine Walk takes place in the historic Ballard shopping and dining district, and we will provide a map of participating businesses at check-in.

Ticket holders will check in at Umpqua Bank (5512 22nd Ave NW) on the day of the event to pick up a wine walk map, tasting tickets, and glass. Please note: Wine tastings begin at 5 PM and end at 8 PM.

You can purchase an additional three tastings for $10 when checking out on Eventbrite.

Ticket holders will have an opportunity to purchase bottles of wine served at the event at a special discounted rate at the respective tasting venues from 5 PM – 8 PM.

Participating shops are open to the general public and folks of all ages during the wine walk. Tasting areas inside shops are unrestricted, but wine is not allowed outside designated areas. The tasting is available only to those with valid event bracelets and tickets. Participants must be 21+ to purchase wine-tasting glasses and wristbands.

Embark on a leisurely stroll through the district, visiting 18 local businesses that will serve as hosting pop-up tastings with Washington wineries.  And let's not forget about the food! Several of our fantastic local restaurants will be open during the event. Your program map, available on the day of the event, will guide you to these culinary delights.

Burien Uncorked Wine Walk

Burien Uncorked Wine Walk is a fun, community event that takes place in Downtown Burien where our own local businesses host great wineries for you to taste and enjoy. You’ll have a chance to explore local retailers and taste wines with the option to buy and take home your favorites!

• Ticket includes: personal wine glass, hands-free glass holder, wine walk map and 15 tokens for tastings (1 token = 1 oz tasting)

• Your name is your ticket. If you purchase tickets for others, everyone will need to check-in with the purchasers name

• Gift Basket Raffle! Everyone will get one raffle ticket entry when they check-in. During the wine walk, if you shop at the participating retailers or any restaurant, bring your receipt to Discover Burien and you’ll get an extra raffle ticket entry for every $10 you spend!

• Attendees will be able to purchase bottles of wine from the wineries during the event at Discover Burien Office. For every 4-bottle purchased, you’ll get a wine tote!

Sip, savor, shop, and stroll at Spring Vino in the Village

Join us for the 2024 Fall Vino in the Village on Saturday, September 28th, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Gather your friends and join your neighbors for an evening of sip, sip hooray in the heart of Magnolia Village. 

Attendees will also enjoy live music throughout Magnolia Village. As always, you will be able to purchase wine bottles tax-free.

Proceeds go to support the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce, which adds to the vibrancy of our community by fostering connections between Magnolia’s businesses, residents, and community groups.

This years event will be bigger and better than ever, with a few changes as the event evolves. VIP tickets are available for express registration and early entry, and will include a premium souvenir wine glass, wine totes, and tastes from Sahara Pizza, Panera Bread, Trapper’s Sushi and Stockton’s Restaurant from 4 to 5 pm. General Admission is from 5-8 pm with delicious noshes available for purchase from Khun 9 Thai Truck and The Original Phillies Food Trucks during the event.

These events are the ONLY fundraiser for Art Walk Edmonds — proceeds go towards administration, overhead and advertising costs for the monthly Art Walks as well as funding for events and music, and of course new murals.

Burien Uncorked Wine Walk is a fun, community event that takes place in Downtown Burien where our own local businesses host great wineries for you to taste and enjoy. You’ll have a chance to explore local retailers and taste wines with the option to buy and take home your favorites!

• This is a 21+ event. Bring valid ID at check-in

• Please ensure you finish your wine sample before exiting the merchant’s location. A receptacle is available at each location for you to dispose of any unfinished wine.

• Your name is your ticket. If you purchase tickets for others, everyone will need to check-in with the purchasers name

• Gift Basket Raffle! Everyone will get one raffle entry ticket when they check-in. During the wine walk, if you shop at the participating retailers or any restaurant, bring your receipt to Discover Burien and you’ll get an extra raffle ticket entry for every $10 you spend!
